Most leadership development programs take a one-size-fits-all approach.  My workshops allow participants to "self-customize" their learning experience and, with the support of a coach, apply what they learn immediately to their job.

Each learning experience contains the following elements:

Online Assessment

Complete a pre-workshop assessment to identify one or two critical behaviors to develop.

Workshop

Engage in an experiential workshop to acquire new knowledge and practice new skills.

Development Plan

Create a personal development plan based on learning from the assessment and workshop.

Individual Coaching

Receive expert coaching to execute the development plan and accelerate behavior change.
